charmed by seaside stay

suite upgrade amazing lounge attentive service

i was very charmed by my upgrade to a suite upon my arrival. it was a wonderful surprise i did not expect. the sunset lounge was also amazing with very nice views. i especially liked the attentive service i received.

the beds felt too soft and the pillows were too high for my comfort. i couldn't get a good night's sleep because of this issue. it's something i hope can be addressed .

the suite sea view offered generous space with a separate living area and a king size bed there was also a spacious wardrobe for luggage storage and a work desk it was a very spacious area.

the hotel provides direct beach access with well maintained sand. a good swimming pool and a jacuzzi are available. the gym features treadmills weights and stationary bikes with a variety of fitness options for hotel guests.

the staff were very courteous and helpful throughout my entire stay. i celebrated my daughter's birthday and samir vaidya paid attention to all the detail. the service provided was really good and very personalized.

warm staff clean room efficient service

i found the staff very warm and helpful . the room was kept clean and the bed felt comfortable. room service was efficient and the location faced the beach, kept clean too. i found it to be a relaxing holiday.

the room i had was cold. the ac did not function correctly. i also noticed noise from the kitchen late at night and early in the morning making it hard to sleep.

wonderful beachside getaway

warm staff varied atmosphere fantastic sea view

i found the staff warm and cute i felt at home. the hotel's ambience added to the experience i loved that it offered a varied atmosphere with weddings being regular. the sea view from my room was fantastic a detail i appreciated .

the noise from the kitchen was disruptive i could hear clattering and banging that started early and continued late into the night. it impacted my ability to get a good night's sleep something that needs attention. i only slept three hours

the location was acceptable because it was close to the beach.

The noise from the kitchen was unbearable until 1am, then it started again at 4am. i couldn't get a good night's sleep due to clattering and banging. the pillows were too high and the beds were too soft. This.

convenient location gorgeous view superb ambiance

the hotel's location right on the beach proved wonderfully convenient. i had a premier room on food beverages. the ocean views from the room were gorgeous. i certainly found the overall ambiance superb throughout the hotel.

i found that the in-room service was quite slow. i waited about thirty minutes to get just water. it would be useful to improve the speed of room service for drinks.
